Here we would like to draw your attention to FM9R transaction code in SAP. As we know it is being used in the SAP PSM-FM (Funds Management in PSM) component which is coming under PSM module (Public Sector Management). FM9R is a transaction code used for Loc.Auth.: Change Budget Structure in SAP.
It comes under the package for Funds Management – Budget Structure (FMBSP). When we execute this transaction code, BPCARRD0 is the normal standard SAP program that is being executed in background. Transaction code FM9R is included in the SAP component for EA-PS.
