AFFT SAP table for – Order – Process Instructions

Here we would like to draw your attention to AFFT table in SAP. As we know it is being mainly used with the SAP PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries – PP) component which is coming under PP module (Production Planning). AFFT is a SAP standard transparent table used for storing Order – Process Instructions related data in SAP. It comes under the package COCR.

  • MANDT : Client
    Its a key field. Its data type is C (Character String) with field length 3
  • PLNFT : Internal process instruction number
    Its data type is N (Character String with Digits Only) with field length 8
  • ZAEHL : Internal counter
    Its data type is N (Character String with Digits Only) with field length 8
  • FTRNR : Line Number of Process Instruction
    Its data type is C (Character String) with field length 4
  • CSTYP : Object type: proc.message category or proc. instr. category
    Its data type is C (Character String) with field length 2
  • COSTR : Process instruction category
    Its data type is C (Character String) with field length 8
  • CSKTX : Short description of process instruction
    Its data type is C (Character String) with field length 40
  • FTTYP : Type of process instruction
    Its data type is C (Character String) with field length 1
  • FTRNI : Line Number of Process Instruction
    Its data type is C (Character String) with field length 4
  • AENNR : Change Number
    Its data type is C (Character String) with field length 12
  • AUFPL : Routing number of operations in the order
    Its a key field. Its data type is N (Character String with Digits Only) with field length 10
  • APLZL : General counter for order
    Its a key field. Its data type is N (Character String with Digits Only) with field length 8
  • APHZL : Internal Sub-Calculation Number
    Its a key field. Its data type is N (Character String with Digits Only) with field length 8
  • AFTZL : Internal process instruction number
    Its a key field. Its data type is N (Character String with Digits Only) with field length 8
  • PLNTY : Task List Type
    Its data type is C (Character String) with field length 1
  • PLNNR : Key for Task List Group
    Its data type is C (Character String) with field length 8
  • PLNKN : Number of the task list node
    Its data type is N (Character String with Digits Only) with field length 8
  • PLNPH : Internal Sub-Calculation Number
    Its data type is N (Character String with Digits Only) with field length 8
