Here we would like to draw your attention to CRD_APPL_03 transaction code in SAP. As we know it is being used in the SAP ICM (Incentive and Commission Management) component which is coming under HR (HCM). CRD_APPL_03 is a transaction code used for Call VCRD_CassgT in SAP.
