Here we would like to draw your attention to IPMACT transaction code in SAP. As we know it is being used in the SAP FI-GL (General Ledger Accounting in FI) component which is coming under FI module (Financial Accounting). IPMACT is a transaction code used for Calculate and Post Accruals in SAP.
It comes under the package for Accruals for Intellectual Properties Management (FI_GL_CAE_IPM). When we execute this transaction code, IPM_ACE_PERIODIC_POSTING is the normal standard SAP program that is being executed in background.
