GLT3 SAP table for – Summary Data Preparations for Consolidation

Here we would like to draw your attention to GLT3 table in SAP. As we know it is being mainly used with the SAP FI-LC (Consolidation in FI) component which is coming under FI module (Financial Accounting). GLT3 is a SAP standard transp table used for storing Summary Data Preparations for Consolidation related data in SAP. It comes under the package FKUC.

    Its a key field. Its data type is CHAR (Character String) with field length 4
  • RMVCT : Transaction type
    Its a key field. Its data type is CHAR (Character String) with field length 3
  • RASSC : Company ID of trading partner
    Its a key field. Its data type is CHAR (Character String) with field length 6
  • SBUSA : Trading partner’s business area
    Its a key field. Its data type is CHAR (Character String) with field length 4
  • RYACQ : Year of acquisition
    Its a key field. Its data type is CHAR (Character String) with field length 4
  • RPACQ : Period of Acquisition
    Its a key field. Its data type is NUMC (Character String with Digits Only) with field length 3
  • RTCUR : Currency Key
    Its a key field. Its data type is CUKY (Currency key for a currency field) with field length 5
  • DRCRK : Debit/Credit Indicator
    Its a key field. Its data type is CHAR (Character String) with field length 1
  • RPMAX : Period
    Its a key field. Its data type is NUMC (Character String with Digits Only) with field length 3
  • TSLVT : Balance carried forward in transaction currency
    Its data type is CURR (Currency Field) with field length 15
